I bought this for my teenage son who has fine motor skills problems. It took him a long time to learn how to button and tie shoelaces, and handwriting isn't easy. This problem caused him to brush his teeth poorly no matter how much instruction he received. This toothbrush with the attachment that came with it allowed him to learn how to brush his teeth well. It gives very detailed instructions on how to brush accurately, down to things like "tilt the brush 45 degrees" and visually shows the progress. He said that "his teeth have never been so clean." The gamification of brushing your teeth is a game changer for those who are struggling to brush their teeth properly or for those who want to track their progress. It comes with two AAA batteries, but we will use rechargeable ones after the original set dies. I'm so glad this product exists, especially at this price point. The only drawback is the amount of packaging. The toothbrush is in an oval tube and is well protected. I don't know why multiple boxes are needed (see photo).
