This set was my third and fortunately last attempt to present it to my husband. (First two attempts were from other retailers/companies) Very happy with the easy removal, the size and shape of the ice and the easy maintenance and refill method. If I could change something, I would make the square tray a little higher, not to hold larger cubes of water, but to have room to avoid splattering in the freezer. We have a bottom drawer freezer and kids use it a lot. So if someone pulls or pushes the box after filling, the water will splash out of the square bowl. No problem if you put it in a rarely accessible freezer or drawer lol. I like the ice ball tray. set up, I found the funnel a nice touch and thoughtful. But it didn't really seem to make a difference when I tried it. It's poured straight from the faucet in exactly the same way unless I put on a trickle, but we have a touchless faucet and I practically don't change the amount of water that comes out of it. So, again, one possible avoidable quirk lies with the consumer, not the product. I would 100% recommend this product and have tried others before to know which is better: no doubt it is😁
