Greenbrier makes tons of junk to sell at your local dollar store. It's just two packs with two pieces of Styrofoam glued together that will only cost you $2 at the dollar store. So paying more than double for it isn't that much. They're not particularly big, so the cost per square inch of foam is terrible. If you don't need this size, buy something better.
