Highly recommended. Got a flag as you can see in my picture. I sprayed it with poly first to make sure it wouldn't rust and actually looked better than the original, just make sure you have clear poly. At least 2 layers in front and one in back. Insert 6 plastic rivets, they are reusable, I bought new ones in case I damaged them and I don't need any. Once they are removed, tip the grate forward. Place the top of the screen under the edge of the grille first, then the bottom of the screen onto the metal frame in front of the heatsink. It fits perfectly. No cutting. There is a notch on the underside that is pre-cut for the wire harness and lines up perfectly. Slide the grid back, the plastic push pins back. Think it took 5 minutes and the look speaks for itself. Yesterday I drove 2 hours in traffic jams at a temperature of 80+ degrees in traffic and did not notice any temperature change from the usual. Love it! If you don't want to spray poly on it don't worry if it rusts, it's very easy to reinstall and cheap enough to replace every few years.
