Can't install non-genuine hardware/wiring harness

Can't find anyone to install it, everywhere I go they tell me they can't install it. Since there is no aftermarket/equipment compatible with my 2020 Ford Max XLT Expedition, I'm stuck with a Tesla style radio that I can't use.
