I bought these mirrors for my Jeep JK 2 years ago. And loved her. They worked very well for the most part. One of the most common issues with these mirrors is vibration, oh, and sometimes they fall out of position while driving, which turned out to be a very simple fix that only cost 10 cents. I put a washer between the top bar of the mount and the arm holder. and VOILA. All vibrations and slipping are gone. I mean zero! BUT that's not why I wrote it. I wrote this to leave a review for the seller. I'm writing this now because I don't usually write reviews for some reason. April 2020 is here, which means you need to get the jeeps ready for spring and summer. I went into the garage on this beautiful, special day to get my doors out, but the mirrors, levers, and brackets were all there, but no brackets. I contacted Joy and told them about my misfortune four, maybe five days ago. Yesterday an Amazon drove to my house with a brand new, complete set of mirrors. Now I know mirrors are not that expensive and I could just buy a new set. In fact, Joy could just charge me for them. But this review is about CUSTOMER SERVICE. And with my mistake of losing the clips, Joy's customer service is amazing having bought it 2 years ago. TSW
