How do I get to the strap under the scooter?
I haven't figured out how to put the belt/buckle under the scooter when it's on the stand when it falls between the bars. I couldn't close the buckle either, so I tied a knot. Currently I put a strap/buckle on the edge of the hitch and tie it all together with ratchet straps. It's dirty and doesn't protect well, but that's all I have.
