Stops working after 4 weeks

After 4 weeks from purchasing the dual cell charger, it only charges one battery. One side of this charger has stopped working. My return window has expired by 13 days. I contacted the manufacturer with no response. In general, I got a 5-week guarantee on an expensive charging system. Now I have to buy another system and this is becoming a waste of money. If customer service replies with an offer of help, I'd appreciate their helpfulness, but not a word. I will choose another brand. They got my money and I got nothing back. Buyer Warning. TO UPDATE. I just looked at other negative reviews of this device and found that almost all of them are for the same reason. You bought this 2 bank charger and one bank stopped working within a few weeks or months, all after the return window and the manufacturer. refuse to do something. I know there are a lot of good reviews but the issue of one of the two banks not working could be a bad batch and one would think that mfg. would do something but no. Even if you go to their website and select a guarantee, they will tell you all about the guarantee but not how to apply for a guarantee. Their website doesn't even have an address or phone number for customer service. It's almost like a black hole when you get tired and just say forget it.
