Alright, here's the thing: I love the idea of bringing a little bit of northern Thailand into my wardrobe, and this RaanPahMuang shirt definitely delivers on that promise. The woven embroidery is really intricate and eye-catching, and the silk material feels ultra luxurious against my skin. In addition, a green shade is in fashion this season. However (and that's a pretty loud "but") I have some doubts about this shirt. First of all, this is definitely not something you can wear every day - it's way too trendy for that. To be honest, I'd feel out of place wearing it to a casual brunch with friends or a day of errands. It's definitely more of a "special occasions" category. Second, I'm a bit oversized. I ordered a small (my normal size) and while the shirt technically fits me, it's a bit tight around the shoulders and chest. If you are between sizes or have a large torso I would definitely recommend going up a size. All in all, this is a unique and well-made shirt that will definitely turn heads. Note, however, that this isn't the most versatile piece and you may need to play around with the sizing a bit before you get the perfect fit.
