I bought this WF4820 printer in October 2020 to replace an Epson Workforce 3520 that I have owned for 6.5 years. The 3520 was an absolute workhorse ! He hasn't had a paper jam in all those years. Amazing. Print quality was average, but ease of use, reliability and uptime were top notch. When it finally died unexpectedly, I felt compelled to hold a respectful ceremony before getting rid of it"It was a sad day. I bought the WF 4820 because of my great experience. Huge disappointment! It gets stuck almost every day, it often pulls 2-4 sheets through instead of one, it's cumbersome to refill the paper cassette, it was difficult To adjust its scan interface with my computer, it goes to sleep overnight and then needs to be shut down and restarted started to connect it to my home network. Final. Seriously considering throwing it away and trying something else. Mark this experience as a waste of money and disappointment. I will probably never buy anything from Epson again.
