I liked this product so much that I have recommended it to others. I liked how it fit in my fridge because it's tall and thin. Love the design of the basket and how the lid keeps it in place. It felt so good and how the lid tightened and the click should have held it after 2 turns. I also love experimenting with flavored coffee and it NEVER retains the flavor, even very strong coffee. I even put some crystal light in between the Cold Brew pitchers and it didn't leave a trace of flavor. I have always hand washed all the parts in it, although it says dishwasher safe it is too big for the dishwasher and easy enough to clean as it is. I never dropped it but this time 1 time off the table and the whole bottom cracked. It was empty too! It is completely cracked and no longer holds liquid. I bought it on April 30th, my return window closed on June 1st, but it broke on June 25th. It did not last long. I wish it was stronger, I am very disappointed that it broke. I got rid of my other mug because I thought it was great.
