Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase. However, I am disappointed that there was no bubble wrap in the packaging and some of my very expensive pastels were damaged. One appears to be defective and really makes me doubt the authenticity of this product. For a hundred bucks you need to be more careful to get the product to me safe and sound. Thank goodness only 3 were affected. I will add more photos and information as soon as I have a chance to use them. So far I'm not particularly impressed. After a bit of use over the past few weeks, I've noticed the following. The color is quite saturated and they are easy to work with. They break too easily, and the foam padding that surrounds them lifts easily, allowing them to slip. I haven't found a fix yet. Overall pretty much on par with Prismacolor products and I can appreciate it as an art person. The choice of colors is quite good, except for the oranges. I would buy them again.
