fast mostly good condition
This is my first 'refurbished' purchase of any kind. I really like this 'like new' laptop but the W key is very hard to press and it is annoying that I have to fix them. I would also like it if it came with a DVD/CD player. The backlit keyboard is nice and easy to use (except for the buggy W key). The touch screen is useful. The best thing about it is its super fast speed. It was good value for money.
