Good processor, good backlit keyboard, good battery life, light weight and thin size are also good. The seller's service is also good. The only bad thing is the COVID-19 pandemic. #whenwillcovid19end? update: I changed the previous 5 stars I gave to just 4 stars because the product info says this laptop has a 2560 x 1440 display when the actual display is only 1366 x 768.

I needed an inexpensive replacement laptop for my wife and this one was perfect. Neatly packaged with a power cord, ready to go with Win10 Pro installed. No issues in two weeks so far, other than family arguments about who gets it (mom wins!)

I've only had it for a few days, but so far I'm very satisfied. It arrived in A+ condition, MUCH earlier, like new, diagnostics (F12 at boot) are good, and it's a lively, very capable machine with a great display (top of my request was a matte screen, which I use is exposed to very bright light and fully meets this requirement). Great laptop - fast, excellent picture quality, not very computer savvy but I upload a lot of videos so I need a fast one that can handle it so I have an i7. The only downside is that the fingerprint reader doesn't work (I don't mind because I'll never use it anyway), but the other issue I've had is that I'm using a pair of Jabra Bluetooth headphones, which will they may be paired with the laptop but won't connect. Very frustrating. They shouldn't be used at all. I haven't tried other Bluetooth

Advertised as a gaming computer but doesn't live up to it. The seller also includes a restocking fee that is not announced in advance. 0/10 advise against buying anything from this supplier.

This was a replacement for the first one which didn't boot and crashed. Dell said the program was corrupt. And a diagnostic run showed that a few "more" problems were found. I sent it back and didn't want a replacement. Raven was a wonderful help. You were wonderful.

This is my first 'refurbished' purchase of any kind. I really like this 'like new' laptop but the W key is very hard to press and it is annoying that I have to fix them. I would also like it if it came with a DVD/CD player. The backlit keyboard is nice and easy to use (except for the buggy W key). The touch screen is useful. The best thing about it is its super fast speed. It was good value for money.
