Plastic disc separated from the adhesive
Dashboard cleaned with alcohol, pad applied, pressed for five minutes. I then waited 48 hours to attach the suction cup to the phone mount. After about five days, the plastic portion of this product separated from the adhesive, leaving the adhesive on the dashboard and nothing for the suction cup to attach to.
