Overall I am quite satisfied with this receiver. It's small and works well in my car. The sound quality is very good, but one issue that confuses me is that I have to keep the Bluetooth volume on my phone at a maximum of about 75% and not at full volume like I'm used to with other Bluetooth-connected devices. . This is because the audio is horribly distorted at higher settings no matter what the volume is on my car. This may be a side effect of my personal setup, but I've had several similar devices and have never had this issue before. For me it's not critical, but annoying. Pros: Good to excellent sound (keeping BT volume at 75%). Auto power on and reconnect when car power on. Small and convenient to carry. Illuminated buttons. set to over 75% on the connected phone. You need to turn up the volume in the car to compensate for the need to keep the BT volume below the maximum.
