Review on πŸ”Š Enhanced Nobsound A2 PRO - HiFi Bluetooth 5.0 Digital Amplifier Bass Amp with Long Range Dual Antenna (130WΓ—2) by Lamar Vanderburg

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just what I wanted for home audio

Nobsound A2 160wx160w Bluetooth Mini Amplifier. I've only used the amp for 1 hour so I don't know how well it will hold up over time. Everything worked great out of the box. I have speakers that are over 30 years old and wanted to see if they still work. In fact, they sound the same today as they did 30 years ago. I have a Klipsch sw8-II powered subwoofer and 2 Polk Audio 5jr speakers. I only intend to listen to music from my phone via bluetooth and I found it sounded really good (I'm not a music lover and not very picky about audio gear hence this $100 amp). The speakers are pretty efficient and I never turn the amp up halfway, which is pretty loud. I have no idea what amp power rating means. I'm assuming it's peak power (at 4 ohms). So expect about 1/2 more at 8 ohms and maybe another 1/2 more to get RMS/continuous power. In any case, it would be nice to know the RMS rating before buying, but that wasn't really important to me. In any case, the speaker I'm using has no problem reaching ear damaging levels and based on my very brief first listen I haven't heard any distortion or clipping (again, I'm not an audiophile). . In addition, no strange noises, no crackling, no humming and no annoying noises when changing the volume, bass or treble. So for me it should all just be: 1) not broken and 2) continue to work as originally, then I'm very satisfied.

Cons
  • Low repairability

Good Amp, especially for the price.
