Great portable monitor for my Mac!

I'm a software developer working from home full time and used to using two 27 inch monitors connected to my 2017 MacBook Pro. The monitor along with my Mac's display is a good compromise and allows me to have two reasonably sized displays for working from home. I've been away from home for a week now doing my work with this portable monitor, at least 8 hours a day and it works perfectly. It's very bright and has a very respectable image for what it is. I haven't had any flickering or on/off issues. It comes with magnets strong enough for it to stand up easily and the case seems to offer adequate protection. The mini HDMI port works fine too. I hooked up a 4th Gen FireTV Stick with no issues. The brightness control also works perfectly. I usually use it at 50% brightness throughout the day. When I first set it up, I couldn't get my 2017 MacBook Pro to recognize this portable monitor, which was really disconcerting. I'm tech savvy and was frustrated that I couldn't do something as simple as plugging in an external monitor. I was on the verge of contacting support or just putting everything back together. I had an older version of Montery, so I finally decided to install the latest macOS updates to see if that fixed the issue. Damn, and lo and behold, the updates fixed the problem! This monitor works like a champ and I love it! What a difference from my point of view compared to 20 minutes ago! Do not get me wrong. This monitor is expected to perform as a high-end, full-size monitor. I don't know how it would be for gaming, but I certainly didn't expect it to be able to handle graphics-intensive games. The built-in speakers are understandably small, so I know not to expect much from them, and I'm glad I have audio-out for an external speaker if I need one. For occasional work and watching movies from home, I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this monitor. The only change I would like is an additional USB-C input on the right side of the monitor.
