Shipping was fast and package arrived sooner than expected.I’ve been training western boxing and muy thai for years. The gloves are pretty stiff upon arrival. I imagine after a few hard sessions they’ll be fine. I bought the 14oz glove. They are a little snug but I do have some room in the fingers. The velcro wrist straps can be a little confusing and adjusting. The double Velcro does provide extra support. I can definitely tell the difference when throwing power strikes. My wrist feels a lot more stable compared to other gloves. I saw some other reviews about the wrist straps taking them in and off. Yes, it can be a pain taking them off even for a quick water break. You definitely want to give your self time to adjust if you’re working with a partner. After while I’m sure I’ll adjust to the wrist straps. I didn’t use any hand wraps with these gloves. As mentioned before they are snug and the wrist provides a lot of additional support. Their is plenty of cushion in the glove. I use a 70lb heavy bag and had no soreness or bruises on my knuckles. Hayabusa is definitely a top brand and you get what you pay for. At least with mma- boxing gear. I would recommend purchasing if you’re a beginner or advanced.
