These cables work well and are well constructed. At 4 feet they are priced comparable to many Thunderbolt 3 cables that are 1 meter or just 3 feet, but Thunderbolt 4 offers more compatibility and should be of a higher standard, and I get a longer cable with Maxonar. I can't comment on the durability of the cables as I've only had them for about a week which isn't enough time to know how they will hold up over time. I have one caveat: I originally bought these cables. to connect my M1 iPad Pro to a Thunderbolt passthrough charging dock. I usually keep my iPad in a keyboard case. Unlike Apple cases, the case I used offers full protection, including the sides of the iPad. While the Maxonar cables connect to my iPad outside of the case, the ends of the cable are too big to fit through the hole in my case and connect to the iPad when it's in the case. I've since tried other cables and found this to be a common problem with what seems to be a lot of Thunderbolt 4 and Thunderbolt 3 cables with larger cable connectors. It's possible these larger cable ends are currently required to comply with Thunderbolt 4 standards, so I can't blame Maxonar for using these larger connectors.
