The one I got seemed to do the job on two different cars. There were no problems with the vacuum pump leaking. However, I can see where it will eventually give way. Some of the hoses had kinks but that didn't stop them from working, it just made them awkward to use. You should have a small tube, but a very smaller diameter, since the end you connect to the blood drain nipples will eventually expand and you'll have to trim it each time to keep it tight. They only give you about 4 inches of small diameter tubing, enough for maybe 10 bleeds. By then, the product will probably break anyway. I'm glad it did the job.
