defective fuel regulator

seller not available. Tried many times. This block should be replaced. The block continues to lower fuel pressure once the engine is shut off. I've replaced all the lines and the fuel pump and even installed a check valve on the fuel inlet line but to no avail. tried in vain to contact the seller as I want to replace this regulator as soon as possible.
