When it arrived I took it out of the box and immediately noticed that the entire brass top piece had come loose from the black handle. When I connected it to the tank and lit, the initial flame was so sketchy. So before I relighted it, I noticed that when I loosened the knob, the knob became very loose. any spark in the pipe. Not what I thought
