I am pleasantly surprised with this slip cover. I have a Victorian home, and have fairly ornate living room furniture to match the house (couch shown in pic with and without cover). I also spend a lot of time in the TV room, parked on one of those somewhat delicate couches. To keep the fabric clean, I've always kept a sheet draped over the couch when I don't have guests, so I didn't have to worry about getting food on the material or getting a single greasy body print in my preferred seat over time. Of course, the darn sheet falls off the back every two minutes, driving me crazy. I didn't think that a slipcover would ever work for this couch because it is a faux-Victorian highback style with detached back cushions. Then I saw something online about these new stretchy microfiber slip covers, and wondered if that could work on this oddly shaped couch. Once I saw how inexpensive this one was, I thought I'd give it a try and see. And amazingly.it fits!My couch is 90" wide exactly, and the large size fits it fine. Color in pic is Taupe. The slip cover isn't going to win any style awards, due to definitely not being made for a Victorian highback, but my only goals were to keep the surface clean, not have it fall off constantly, and to be easy to remove and put back in place when guests come and go. It meets all those needs. No more battles with tucking that accursed sheet back in place every other day. Yay!
