Obviously used and very dirty
The product arrived in a plastic bag with no box and was obviously used. Half of the lipstick itself was missing, and there was a nick where it had been applied to someone else's lips. Not to mention that the product itself was very dirty. It's incredibly rude and very unsanitary, especially during a pandemic. Very disappointed and very, very upset. 10/10 NOT recommend.
