Great product! It's very well done. The ratchet feels good in the hand and the ratchet is crisp and precise. The case is also durable, with a strong and durable zipper. The case is a good size, compact but with enough space to easily store the tools and attachments. It fits perfectly in a jersey pocket if that's where you want to carry it. I bought another (more expensive) travel ratchet tool (Topeak Ratchet Rocket). I liked it so much that I bought it to keep in the store. Functionally, the tools are very similar. Handling is easier because the ratchet is slightly larger and more ergonomic. It's a bit heavier, but that makes it feel more solid in the hand, making it more comfortable to use, and it's not so heavy that I don't mind carrying it around with me when I travel. I have many other foldable multi tools but I have found that the ratcheting feature makes them much easier, faster and more convenient to use. The ratchet and extension hold bits securely to eliminate the problem of bits slipping or falling out and losing bits. Overall this is a great little high quality ratchet. I also think it's a good deal for the price. I was so pleased with the quality that I purchased other Pro Bike Tool products.
