Review on Z Flame Fighter Fire Caulk by Michael Caste

I bought this product to fix cracks in my chimney but could not get it out of the tube. Called support twice, left messages unanswered. Finally, cut the tube and remove the product with a spatula. As it is water soluble I added some water to allow it to be processed. Now I'm waiting for it to heal to see if it works. The time will show. Customer service is non-existent.
