I paint for a living and bought this for a small job in a pinch while my main spray gun was at another job. To say that this tool is of poor quality is an understatement. I have serious doubts that the reviews posted here are written by real users. I spray A LOT of paint and the results this unit gives are totally unacceptable. I have taken my time, carefully read, understood and followed the instructions and this equipment will not spray any coatings acceptable for indoor surfaces or furniture. The paint itself was high quality, new, clean and well blended with no residue or chunks. If you have a fence post or something you just want to paint, the paint will be sprayed. ALL tips leave a strong orange peel and the color they mark the tips with will fade instantly with any oil based product. I really wanted it to work and took the extra time to make sure everything was assembled correctly and everything was tight. I've played with all the settings and tried all the tips with the same result. Don't waste your time and money with this product. The bottom line is that it doesn't spray paint finely enough to give a smooth finish. It sprays unevenly sized beads and the end result is a very uneven and rough finish.
