A month has passed and it still doesn't work
Terrible phone! I got it a month ago, charged it and still can't use it because it's not charging properly. I called support, they said the battery is bad but i need to see if they send it to me. Well, I've never used the phone and it just sits there. It sucks because the phone is very beautiful. PS I contacted their support team by phone and they were very understanding so they sent me a new battery and now the phone is working great! I like the phone, it has a lot of features, it's a very good phone when it works. LOVE IT NOW!
