Headlights themselves appear good. Minimal burn-in dimming and seemingly high-quality LEDs - they get two stars for that. This is where the good ends. It seems most people buy them for use in cars. For such use, these things are borderline unsafe, and you're much better off looking elsewhere. Simply put, you can get them to work, but bad wiring means they won't last long. The wires are 24 gauge or 26 gauge and have a simple plastic/PVC jacket (should be GXL/TXL 14-18 gauge). . This material was never intended for use in automobiles and it shows. You will find it difficult to solder or use shrink fittings as the jacket will melt even on low settings. Assuming you can connect, the tiny sensor used means you have to be very careful not to loosen the connectors or fittings. Even so, any vibratory movement is likely to destroy even these connections in a short time if the wires break. Partssam's great idea is ruined by bad engineering.
