Review on CABLEDECONN 3-in-1 HDMI Male to VGA Adapter Converter Cable with Micro HDMI to HDMI and Mini HDMI to HDMI, including Audio Output by Mia Lawrence

Bought just before leaving for a week long conference and needed a micro HDMI to VGA adapter. I bought this set as a basic two in one set (no mini adapter or 3.5mm audio required) and it arrived the day before I left. I did a quick check of the components at home and one of the two adapters (either mini-HDMI-to-HDMI or HDMI-to-VGA) didn't work. No amount of pinching, bending or twisting will give a signal. A $25 trip to Target later to buy an outrageously expensive mini HDMI to HDMI adapter and I was ready to go. I ended up abandoning the product for the sole reason that the HDMI to VGA adapter worked. However, it is unknown how long it will remain functional as quality is clearly not CableDeconn's forte. Bottom line: don't buy this set unless you have the luxury of going through the return/replacement cycles.
