I have two energetic, mischievous puppies who are constantly stealing my old rubber door stops from the bathroom. A pinch of bitter apple would only put you off by a day. The dogs know it's forbidden but managed when we weren't looking. After chewing up one of the old ones, we got these. They rushed to new shiny objects. One bite and one left her alone, the other makes a few symbolic scratches, occasionally tries to pull it out, and it doesn't budge. It's nice and heavy with a strong grip. They're a bit low and some doors slide on them, but stacking them on top of each other isn't a problem. I wish I had had her a year ago!
