I just discovered Carter's Playard sheets and I love them. They are very high quality and thick, which gives extra softness to hard mattresses for playgrounds. That being said, they are still snug enough to be safe and I have no risk of choking the baby. The elastic around the edges is also great, keeping the sheet in place very securely. For comparison, I have a 2016 Chicco Lullaby Magic Playground. I will mention one thing I hadn't thought of because they are quilted and thick and take up a lot of drawer space.
