I love being able to use it for my agency as well! It's very easy of course using your own software but when you have clients in house who don't want or need their records showing up online there are still ways around this problem if needed (just ask our IT department!). You can run reports from within any web browser which makes troubleshooting much easier too!! If they would make better customer service available maybe more people will start seeing how great an idea all these programs really could be. Great product - helps keep everything organized so we know what each client has paid/received & keeps us outta trouble :).
