Despite Letsfunny's assurance that their products would make people's homes a little bit brighter and cozier, I had a disappointing experience with their online shop. They had a very poor assortment of kitchen and household necessities, bedding, and outdoor lighting, including string lights. First of all, their goods' quality was poor. The exterior lighting, which included string lights, was shoddyly built and did not last very long, and the bedding I bought was scratchy and uncomfortable. Second, for comparable goods, they charged much more than other internet retailers. I could get the same things elsewhere for a lot less money. Thirdly, they provided poor customer support. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I contacted them regarding the problems I was experiencing with the goods. They offered no apology for the subpar quality of their goods and no assistance in resolving my issue. In summation, I would not suggest anyone shop at Letsfunny.com. The poor quality of their goods, exorbitant prices, and unimpressive customer care make for a bad shopping experience. If you want high-quality goods and superior customer support, shop elsewhere.
