Review on DEWALT DG5553 Tool Bag Pocket by George Robinson

Well what can I say about this DeWalt bag, it's very durable and has plenty of pockets for tools, parts and anything you might need. The large mouth opening is convenient for placing and removing instruments as needed. It's a bit big, but so far so good. Now to the main thing: the picture and the description of the site. I suspect this bag was upgraded/redesigned at some point so that it no longer has a drawstring pouch on the outside, has velcro pockets on the opposite side on the outside with two flaps and pen/pencil holders as shown in the picture. The product info describes it as a leathercraft product, which is not the case and sizes are everywhere. I contacted customer service thinking I accidentally received a different model, but today I received the exact same bag! So it is obvious that the product needs to be updated but the description remains the same or has been crossed with another product. However, Revain's customer service is still the best to resolve these issues promptly.
