Great Customer Support

One in the 2-pack worked and the other didn’t. I emailed the company BN-Link and they got back to me in less than an hour with the tracking number for the replacement. FYI, ebay had the wrong contact information of try and get support. The correct website is bn-link.com.

Pros

Easy to connect to wi fi , easy to work. Love this thing. I have four.

The plug may not provide a strong enough connection for certain devices
