The irony is that much-needed iron can be made from iron itself! The first day I drank iron-rich water, I felt a difference. I had more energy and didn't fall asleep by 2pm. The process is simple. Flavor isn't great, but a squeeze of citrus (read directions) helps reduce the metallic taste. Be sure to rinse the fish well, dry, place in a ziplock bag and store in the fridge to prevent rusting. Thanks to Ironfish, I won't have to buy iron supplements for a long time.
