Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

There are no user utilities to customize the laptop for yourself. the quick keys are configured via BIOS, the backlight cannot be permanently turned off, after each power-up, the quick key settings are reset to the factory value. Guys, not for this money.
Pros below:
Great laptop, could be cheaper. Real battery life 4-6 hours in Word / when watching movies.
Cons:
Worst support.
On a $2022 laptop, you can't turn off the keyboard backlight by default.
Support offers to turn off after each turn on, tin.
