Terrible kit and not at all for beginners. The product description states that it is intended for beginners and is written in "pure English". It should have told me everything I needed to know. The instructions are terrible, poorly worded and not in understandable English. There is no guide/template for measuring the scale or size of each part so you have no idea how much roving to use for each part to get the right hardness. I'm a beginner and should have known I was giving up on this kit. There is no indication of which needle size is which. This led to a very frustrating experience for my first needle felting. I wanted to try something new and affordable to see if I liked needle felting before investing in more expensive items. it was a complete failure. If you're new, don't buy this.
