Review on Portable Humidifier Cordless Ultrasonic Rechargeable by Linda Montes

I rarely write bad reviews but I had to. I tried it right after loading it. I haven't done anything with the unit other than fill it with water, let it soak for a few minutes and then set it up. The light works but the humidifier does not. After reading the instructions, I realized that there is a spring that you need to pay attention to. So when I removed the wick cover and examined everything carefully, there was no feather. Now I know why it doesn't work. The internal structure looks askew and off the mark. So I'm wondering if it's defective. I am sending it back and will not receive another one from this company. For such a small and supposedly easy-to-use product, it shouldn't be a huge hassle.
