I'll start with the good, the mug, lid and stand are wonderful. Now for the downside: the packaging (albeit very pretty) is so tight that I messed up opening the gift to make sure it was ok (e.g. not broken) as I intended it as a gift . It's packed so tightly you can't even put your fingernail between the gift wrap and the item itself to see it. I used a utility knife, knife and scissors to try and open it. Of course, this beautiful box was damaged. I finally opened it and the mug etc is fine but the box had to be sealed with tape. Needless to say, I'm going to buy a gift bag tomorrow! It was a great idea but you need to work on the packaging. Imagine if I didn't, the poor recipient would be upset and embarrassed trying to get her gift at the party. Maybe you should throw a circular saw for free!
