Router has been working properly for about 1 year. Then it stopped registering the internet signal. I called support. They seemed very nice and helpful until it came to real help. After they came back after diagnosing the problem, she said I figured it out and could help you, but first I noticed that your product had exceeded the 90 day warranty period to diagnose the problem. So all you have to do is purchase an extended warranty of 6 months for $89, or 1 year for $130, or 2 years for $250. I said no thanks I'll just buy a different brand of router for the same BS cost for your help in diagnosing a problem that you can resolve at an existing customer. Imagine that I am no longer a customer and never will be again. Went and bought linksis. Goodbye Netgear!
