These are good strong baking tins. Someone wrote that the shell tapers down, but that's invisible to the eye. They are suitable for rolls, bread, muffins and meatloaf. To make the pound pies come out easier we place a strip of parchment paper in the bottom of the pan and make slits around the edges after it comes out of the oven to break the seal. Be very careful, the dish will be very hot for some time so allow it to cool completely before removing the bread/cake and use oven mitts when serving the meatloaf.
