This is a rectangular frying pan. In the photo it looks square. Of course, I should have paid more attention to the sizes listed, but some of the items listed here for this product do not match those listed, they only differ in the illustration. The pan is fine. I have another one that has been around for years and it still works very well. I needed another for making bread and ordered this as I've had rust on metal pans so again chose glass. It works well for baking bread and meatloaf, is easy to clean and fairly durable. I use a plastic brush to remove stuck parts and toss them in the dishwasher.
