I like that there is an online portal for my customer service department so they can manage their accounts as well if needed from home or when away at work! It also helps keep everyone in compliance since everything gets logged into one place which reduces errors by far!! The only thing i dislike about this software would be some of our departments are not fully compatible with all features (elderly customers/disability services). If you're looking forward just getting back up & running after COVID then it's best option out here right now because most people aren't able too travel outside much anymore due coronavirus precautions we have put forth over time already.. We've been staying remote while still trying make sure clients get great support even though physically apart but keeping them informed via email etc to ensure things don’t fall through cracks before going live again once restrictions lifted again - no risk exposure issues yet either. I love that I can access my email, calendar, voicemail, and text messages from any device. I also really like the ability to have my email, calendar, and voicemail in one place. I do not like the fact that I have to pay for each device that I use. I use the service for email, calendar, voicemail, and text messages. It is easy to use and allows me to stay in touch with my customers.
