I ordered several different compression garments for post-op and this was the most comfortable. I liked that there were no seams or hooks to dig anyplace as I was looking for as smooth a fit as I could get. I would have probably given this 5 stars except that the garment can dig in to the arm pit area a little (yes they are adjustable but when I adjusted to comfortable length this was still a bit of an issue). I've worn mine 8 weeks now and it has held up to numerous washes. Just be sure not to use fabric softener. I also prefer to let mine air dry to help maintain the snug fit.
