The lip balm falls out
I bought this item for a keychain to keep my lip balm while skiing. I clipped it to my jacket and in less than 5 minutes the balm was gone. I wouldn't mind using regular lip balm, but I used the one that came with it. Now I can't take the cap off to try other lip balms. I'm disappointed :(
