Excellent Board: Accessories for cutlery and knives

I love the fact that it's made from bamboo which is a healthy wood because it doesn't trap any nasty organisms that can make you sick. It also has a significant channel to catch juices and prevent them from spilling all over the counter. It's also easy to clean. I use a mild but effective dish soap (Dawn) and warm water with a non-scratch pad to clean the board after use, wiping off excess water and allowing to air dry. Well built and strong!
