Review on Ares 43008 - 1/2-Inch Drive Flex Head Electronic Digital Torque and Torque Angle Wrench - 25-250 ft/lbs (34-340Nm) - +/- 2% Accuracy - Reversible Thumb Switch - Multi-Alert to Prevent Over-Torquing by Joseph Swanson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Gasoline 65 miles round trip city + battery + time = up to 01:00

Easy setup. Fits well in my large hands. so fat, the only thing i played around with. I spent $165 and had no battery. The case sucks and I need to add some foam to keep it from moving in the case. I know whining about batteries is a small thing. but for the money it costs it would be nice to use rather than drive 65 miles back and forth to town and buy them. had to use it when i got it to bolt the heads on my truck. needed in the morning. Gas + time + batteries = until 1am to get ready. if not for that. I would bet 5

Pros
  • FLEXIBLE: Each Electronic Digital Torque Wrench has a flexible head ratchet design with maximum torque, torque angle and maximum torque angle modes to help you get just the right amount of torque exactly in the right place. Peak torque angle mode measures the specified torque and instantly measures the torque angle, allowing you to reduce torque and finish tightening without removing the wrench from the bolt. Each torque wrench is calibrated prior to shipment to meet and exceed ANSI/ASME standards.
Cons
